Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Gencloud AI, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer transparent cancellation and refund policies to ensure a fair experience.
1. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Access to the service will continue until the end of the billing period.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

If a technical issue from our side prevents you from using the core features of our service, and we’re unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Gencloud AI primarily offers digital services and software. Hence, there are no physical shipping requirements. However, if any physical product or device (e.g., AI-powered hardware or tools) is ordered in the future, the following policy will apply:

Access to digital services will be granted immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)

Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping timelines vary based on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout.
